Warehouse Specialist

Responsibilities

• Maintain clear and traceable records of all physical and system transactions
• Receive incoming shipments of non-GMP/GMP materials and equipment
• Process goods receipts to meet KPIs and ensure efficient material flow
• Inspect incoming and outbound materials for damage and proper seals
• Assist Quality Assurance in material disposition and storage to prevent cross-contamination
• Prepare and dispense GMP and Non-GMP materials for production
• Maintain accurate physical and system inventory using SAP and Green Channel
• Perform routine inventory cycle counts

Requirements

• 3+ years of warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience
• Ability to undergo training in GMP, GDP, EPA, DEA, DOT, and OSHA
• Physical strength to successfully unload shipments
• Strong documentation discipline and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities independently
