Warehouse Specialist

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the receipt of incoming shipments, ensuring proper documentation, accuracy, and quality control
• Lead warehouse teams in unloading, inspection, and storage of goods while adhering to safety and quality standards
• Update and maintain accurate records in the warehouse management system
• Support cycle counting and stock-taking activities to ensure inventory accuracy
• Track and verify batch numbers, lot tracking, and expiration dates
• Communicate with suppliers and transport providers to schedule deliveries and resolve issues
• Work closely with procurement, logistics suppliers, and 3PLs to optimize lead times and storage capacity
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements
• Prepare and submit regular reports on inbound KPI metrics and control warehouse budget spend

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in warehouse or logistics operations
• Advanced Excel skills and high analytical capabilities
• Ability to perform repetitive physical activities including lifting, bending, and carrying
• Ability to lift a minimum of 25kg (50 lbs)
• Ability to obtain relevant licenses to operate warehouse equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience operating a forklift
• Experience working in a fast-paced warehousing environment
