Warehouse Specialist

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound deliveries and verify shipments against purchase orders and delivery documentation
• Upload and maintain inventory records within quality management systems in accordance with GMP requirements
• Pick, verify, and prepare warehouse materials to support manufacturing schedules
• Execute daily SAP transactions to maintain inventory accuracy and support operational workflows
• Perform daily warehouse cycle counts and inventory reconciliations
• Manage the segregation and control of expired materials according to site procedures
• Partner with manufacturing and operational teams to ensure material availability for continuous site operations

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations
• Experience working in GMP or GDP regulated environments
• Experience in a highly regulated industry, such as Pharmaceuticals or a related field
• Knowledge of Quality Management systems
• Proficient use of SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Smartsheet)
• Ability to lift and move products
• Ability to work onsite full-time at the Harwell facility
