Warehouse Specialist Apprenticeship (m/f/d) 2026

Responsibilities

• Assist with unpacking, sorting, storing, and shipping goods
• Coordinate the interplay between goods receipt and goods dispatch
• Check quantity, quality, and appropriate packaging for transport in compliance with regulations
• Maintain oversight of planning, organization, and monitoring of work and transport equipment
• Learn to use modern IT warehouse management systems and apply them to daily operations

Requirements

• Strong desire for practical, efficient, and hands-on work
• Enjoyment of predominantly physical work within a warehouse environment
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable, active, and engaged team player personality
• Good spatial awareness
• Secondary school certificate (Hauptschulabschluss or Realschulabschluss)
