Warehouse Specialist and Truck Driver

Responsibilities

• Safe loading and unloading of trucks, including BOL/packslip verification and damage assessment
• Proper packing of material for shipment and utilization of FedEx/UPS systems
• Documentation of shipping, receiving, and batch dispensing activities
• Perform warehouse duties including cycle counting, temperature monitoring, and inventory accuracy
• Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) and other material handling equipment
• Drive company trucks for material transport, adhering to DOT regulations
• Coordinate movement of material between warehouses at correct product temperatures
• Perform daily vehicle inspections, cleaning, and refueling

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse and/or technical office experience
• Ability to operate forklift and other material handling equipment
• Ability to obtain Hazardous Materials certification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to obtain a For-Hire License endorsement within 30 days of hire
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures ranging from -65 to -85 Celsius
• Availability for 3rd shift, overtime, nights, and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree
• Experience with enterprise software such as JDE, BPLM, Pilgrim, or Trackwise
