Warehouse Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage plant material control including receiving, loading, unloading, and casepicking
• Maintain accurate documentation, data entry, and database management for inbound and outbound shipments
• Create and process Bills of Lading (BOLs) and ensure all shipping/receiving office functions are completed accurately
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and push-pull attachments, to move raw materials and finished goods
• Ensure proper FIFO (First In, First Out) of finished products and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) of raw materials
• Deliver materials to production lines in a timely manner while maintaining compliance with GMP, safety, and quality guidelines
• Perform warehouse housekeeping and maintain a clean, organized work environment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Proven experience operating a forklift
• Ability to lift and maneuver objects weighing up to 50 lbs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work an overnight shift (6:00pm to 6:30am) with rotating weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Current forklift certification
• 6+ months of prior experience in Material Control
• Experience with various warehouse tools and equipment, including sit-down or stand-up pick vehicles and hand tools
