Warehouse Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform loading, unloading, case picking, barcoding, and palletizer operations safely and efficiently
• Manage receiving operations including data entry, documentation, and processing inbound pallets into the ASRS system
• Execute shipping and receiving office functions such as releasing orders and creating accurate Bills of Lading (BOLs)
• Maintain compliance with all GMP, Safety, Quality, FDA, USDA, and OSHA regulations
• Communicate safety and GMP concerns to leadership and coordinate via verbal and email communication
• Maneuver and lift objects of considerable weight up to 50 lbs

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Proven experience operating a forklift
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs
• Ability to multitask and work effectively within a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ months of prior experience within Plant Material Control or a Distribution Center
• Current forklift certification
• Experience with various warehouse tools including hand tools, sit-down forklifts, and stand-up pick vehicles
• Proficiency with computer systems and warehouse management software
