Warehouse Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform loading, unloading, case picking, barcoding, and palletizer operations
• Manage receiving operations including data entry and processing inbound pallets into the ASRS system
• Execute shipping and receiving office functions such as creating bills of lading (BOLs) and releasing orders
• Maintain compliance with all GMP, Safety, and Quality guidelines
• Communicate safety and GMP concerns to leadership via verbal and email communication
• Ensure trailers are loaded to meet specific weight requirements and maintain accurate documentation

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift and maneuver objects of considerable weight (50 lbs)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask and perform analytical troubleshooting

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ months of prior experience within Plant Material Control or a Distribution Center
• Experience operating a forklift
• Proficiency with warehouse tools and equipment, including hand tools and stand-up pick vehicles
• Computer literacy and experience with warehouse management systems
