Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Support II

Responsibilities

• Support inbound and outbound shipping and receiving activities
• Verify shipments for accuracy against documentation
• Prepare and process Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing slips, and system transactions
• Coordinate with warehouse, inventory control, and customer service teams to resolve discrepancies
• Support dock-to-stock and order fulfillment activities
• Utilize DTNA systems, such as SAP and warehouse management systems, for accurate data entry
• Assist with inventory adjustments, cycle counts, and discrepancy documentation
• Follow all safety, quality, and standard work procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics operations
• Experience working in a distribution center or warehouse environment
• Basic computer skills and experience with warehouse systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP or other warehouse management systems
• Background in inventory control or cycle counting
• Experience working in a multi-shift warehouse environment
• Experience operating forklifts or other material-handling equipment
