Warehouse Shipping Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Prepare outgoing domestic and overseas shipments to meet customer, carrier, and company specifications
• Process required paperwork and data processing for all customer shipments
• Consolidate downloads and build skids for cost-effective routing
• Perform accurate cycle counts of packaged products using RF scanners
• Manage inventory control, including part relocation and ensuring proper lot control (FIFO)
• Update system data and paperwork daily to align with carrier pickup schedules
• Handle air freight information entry and request necessary certification papers

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong numerical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literacy and ability to access data via computer
• Ability to obtain a forklift license
• Ability to work overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience
• Keyboarding ability
• Personal computer knowledge
• Knowledge of manufacturing systems
