Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup including loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, and shipping
• Receive and process warehouse stock products through picking, unloading, labeling, and storing
• Process exchanges and returns
• Perform inventory controls and maintain quality standards for audits
• Provide customer service via phone and email regarding order status inquiries
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
• Communicate special requests or product issues to internal teams

Requirements

• High School Degree or equivalent
• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, customer service, or order fulfillment
• Basic knowledge of computers, POS systems, and MS Office
• Ability to stand, walk, and traverse all areas of the warehouse for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
