Warehouse Shipper

Responsibilities

• Perform all shipping and receiving activities, including loading and unloading trucks
• Pick orders within a cold environment ranging from -18 C to 5 C
• Conduct product verification, product rotation, and monthly inventory counts
• Maintain daily sanitation and housekeeping in designated work areas
• Manage manual documentation and ensure all company and legislated records are accurate
• Ensure products meet all specifications regarding GMP, Quality Programs, and freshness guidelines

Requirements

• Ability to work a part-time schedule: Sunday to Tuesday, 6pm to 6am
• Mechanical and technical aptitude
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Ability to maintain accurate written records and documentation
• Proven attendance and safety record
• Must pass the Employee Aptitude and Basic Skills test
• Ability to work in cold environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the dairy industry or a warehouse environment
• License to operate forklift or pallet moving equipment (Saputo provides training)

Benefits

• Competitive hourly wage of $20.63/hour
• Regular pay increases every 6 months for the first 18 months of employment
• Night shift premium of $1.50/hour for hours worked between 6pm and 6am
