Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse staff to ensure warehouse disciplines are maintained
• Achieve daily KPIs including targets, despatch, delivery, and loading accuracy
• Train operatives in loading/unloading and arrange retraining where necessary
• Maintain company standards of hygiene and housekeeping
• Enforce Company Health & Safety Rules in the warehouse
• Identify system and procedure improvements to minimize errors and maximize productivity
• Manage day-to-day team issues including holidays, timekeeping, and absence monitoring
• Manage performance issues in liaison with Warehouse Managers and HR

Requirements

• FLT Licence
• Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel)
• Operational experience within an FMCG warehouse environment
• Knowledge of warehouse health & safety legislation
• Understanding of operational methods and procedures relating to the FMCG industry
• Results focus and commitment to goals
• Attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Operational experience within a temperature-controlled warehouse environment
