Warehouse Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the availability, inventory, and replenishment of tools and consumables for maintenance projects and scheduled shutdowns.
• Create and update tool kits in the administration system (TCTP) according to international standards.
• Develop tool inventory plans based on demand forecasting and defined activity sequences.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize inventory processes and turnaround times.
• Supervise the physical receipt of tools and consumables, ensuring correct labeling and shelf placement.
• Ensure compliance with all EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) and Quality management protocols.

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse material supervision, including receiving, labeling, and organization.
• Strong skills in statistical analysis for inventory optimization and demand forecasting.
• Proficiency in forklift operation.
• Ability to work in coordination with logistics, suppliers, and field service teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of or experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications.
• Programming skills.
