Warehouse Representative

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the inspection, preparation, and distribution of customer equipment
• Oversee the shipment process, including packing and loading/unloading delivery vehicles
• Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in designated databases
• Enter data related to customer premises equipment (CPE) and stock
• Provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders to resolve inquiries
• Collaborate with field personnel to ensure timely issuance and return of materials
• Maintain warehouse organization and adhere to safety standards
• Ensure regular, consistent, and punctual attendance

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work 20 hours per week (5 days per week, 4 hours per day)
• Availability for specific afternoon shifts (either Sun-Thu 2 PM - 6 PM or Tue-Sat 2 PM - 6 PM)
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary
