Warehouse Recovery Driver

Responsibilities

• Recover missed or failed deliveries during overnight operations
• Support drivers experiencing delays, vehicle issues, or route challenges
• Safely operate company vehicles following traffic laws and company policies
• Load, unload, and transport products between warehouse, commissary, and customer locations
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Communicate with dispatch and operations teams throughout the shift
• Maintain accurate delivery and incident records
• Support warehouse operations when recovery tasks are completed
• Ensure excellent customer service during all deliveries and interactions
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and operational procedures
• Ensure all returned products, totes, and equipment are properly accounted for

Requirements

• At least 4 years of driving experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience navigating New Jersey and New York
