Warehouse Receiving Associate

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and store incoming material within the Parts Distribution Center
• Pick, prepare, and package material for shipment to ensure protection during transit
• Audit storage locations for proper quantity and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Operate power vehicles including forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers up to a height of 24 feet
• Use Voice Directed Picking Equipment to process orders
• Maintain housekeeping standards and participate in Continuous Improvement programs
• Lift and move parts up to 75 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs unassisted

Requirements

• Basic mathematics skills
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds frequently
• Ability to unassisted pull, push, and slide parts up to 100 pounds occasionally
• Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout the work schedule
• Ability to operate Stand-up Reach Lifts and Man-Up Order Pickers
• Ability to stoop, bend, twist, and reach into deep storage locations
• Successful completion of a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Three years of experience in Receiving, Shipping, and Packing
