Warehouse & Raw Material Dispensing Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise 2nd shift warehouse operations, including raw material and packaging material dispensing, shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Ensure all operations comply with cGMP, SOPs, and FDA regulations.
• Prioritize dispensing schedules to align with Planning and Production requirements.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of direct reports, including Team Leads and operators.
• Drive process improvement initiatives and ensure timely closure of Investigations, Incidents, Change Controls (CCR), and CAPAs.
• Maintain oversight of inventory control and material flow to identify cost containment opportunities.
• Promote a safe working environment in compliance with OSHA regulations and support audit readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science or a related field (logistics, distribution, or transportation preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency in SAP and other relevant warehouse management systems.
• English proficiency at a CEFR Intermediate B1+ level.
• Ability to lift and carry 50–75 lbs.
• Ability to work the 2nd shift (Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM).
