Warehouse & Raw Material Dispensing Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise 2nd shift warehouse operations, including raw material/packaging dispensing, shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Ensure all operations comply with cGMP, SOPs, and FDA regulations.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of direct reports, including Team Leads and operators.
• Drive process improvement initiatives and ensure timely closure of investigations, incidents, and CAPAs.
• Manage inventory flow and identify opportunities for cost containment and reduction.
• Maintain audit readiness and support internal and external regulatory audits.
• Promote a safe working environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science or a related field (Logistics or Distribution preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency in SAP and other relevant inventory management systems.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP and FDA regulations.
• Ability to lift and carry 50–75 lbs.
• Ability to work the 2nd shift (Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM).

• Experience in material planning and logistics within a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of driving cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence.
