Warehouse Professional

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control all incoming and outgoing goods movements
• Inspect incoming deliveries for quantity, quality, and potential damage
• Record all material movements within the warehouse management system (ERP)
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders and service requests for shipment
• Label, store, and optimally place all products within the warehouse
• Conduct periodic and annual inventory counts and stock controls
• Coordinate closely with workshop planners, team leads, and technicians
• Operate industrial vehicles such as forklifts and pallet jacks
• Maintain order, cleanliness, and adherence to safety and quality standards

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in logistics, warehouse management, or a comparable field
• Initial professional experience in logistics or warehousing
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and MS Office
• Knowledge of inventory management and stock control processes
• Reliable, structured, and highly organized working style
• Strong teamwork and communication skills for cross-departmental coordination
• Ability to remain flexible and resilient during peak operational periods
• Valid forklift license is an advantage
