Warehouse Production Planner

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage warehouse workflow using the Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Strategically release pick lists based on customer shipment schedules to optimize fulfillment
• Evaluate forecasts and operational data to determine the most effective flow of work
• Develop and implement plans to maximize efficiency across all warehouse departments
• Collaborate with Inbound, Picking, Packing, and Outbound teams to coordinate material requirements
• Maintain detailed reports of performance or procedural deviations and review them with Supervisors
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and use problem-solving tools to address bottlenecks

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Demonstrated experience in production planning, dispatch, or a similar warehouse/manufacturing role
• Intermediate experience working with Blue Yonder WMS or a similar Warehouse Management System
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments
• Ability to maintain an organized workspace following 6S principles
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various warehouse environmental conditions

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical or Vocational education
• Associate degree
