About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production processes within the warehouse
- Monitor the receipt of vegetables and fruits to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Inspect products and sort damaged or non-compliant items
- Ensure sorting, packing, and packaging procedures are correctly applied
- Maintain quality standards and food safety throughout all work stages
- Monitor cleanliness and organization within production and packaging areas
- Prepare operational reports and escalate any challenges affecting workflow
Requirements
- Previous experience in warehouses, production, or operational processes, preferably in vegetables, fruits, or food products
- Good knowledge of quality and food safety procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing operational environment
- Ability to manage priorities and work within a team
- Proficiency in using computers
