Warehouse Production Officer

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations within the warehouse to ensure smooth workflow.
• Supervise the receiving of fresh fruits and vegetables, ensuring all items meet quality standards.
• Inspect products and sort out damaged or non-compliant items.
• Ensure all sorting, packaging, and labeling procedures are executed correctly.
• Maintain strict food safety and quality standards throughout all stages of production.
• Monitor cleanliness and organization within production and packaging areas.
• Prepare operational reports and escalate any challenges affecting workflow to management.

Requirements

• Previous experience in warehouse, production, or operational roles.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and quality control procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure operational environment.
• Proficiency in computer literacy for reporting and data entry.
• Strong ability to manage priorities and work collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience working within the fresh produce or food industry.
