Warehouse Product Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise the reception of finished products and reconcile inputs and auxiliary materials to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Validate production line starts, verifying labeling, product specifications, freshness, and inventory records.
• Coordinate human resources, equipment, and warehouse space to ensure operational continuity.
• Manage the receipt, return, rejection, and return of products and materials from suppliers.
• Oversee the shipment and receipt of inventories between distribution centers according to established schedules.
• Monitor shipping and receiving processes to prevent inventory discrepancies, damages, or losses.
• Administer inventory control for finished products, containers, pallets, and auxiliary materials.
• Participate in physical, cyclic, monthly, and annual inventory counts.
• Execute and supervise compliance with operational safety standards and food safety policies.
• Coordinate, evaluate, train, and develop personnel to meet operational and productivity objectives.

Requirements

• Completed professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Business Administration.
• 1 year of experience as a Warehouse Manager.
• 1 year of experience in Transport Management.
• 1 year of experience in Administrative Assistant roles.
• 1 year of experience as a Distribution Supervisor.
• Advanced knowledge in Personnel Administration, Warehouse Management, and Inventory Control.
• Advanced knowledge in Distribution, Logistics, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or postgraduate studies in a related field.
