Warehouse Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Analyze and continuously optimize end-to-end logistics and warehouse processes
• Develop, implement, and standardize standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Identify and drive digitalization and automation initiatives such as WMS and digital workflows
• Lead process optimization projects to increase efficiency, quality, and service levels
• Collaborate closely with Operations, IT, and Engineering teams
• Monitor relevant KPIs and derive data-driven improvement measures
• Support the setup and development of new warehouse locations in Northern Germany
• Actively shape national and international warehouse expansion

Requirements

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in logistics process management or warehouse process engineering
• Proficient knowledge in process design, SOP development, and Continuous Improvement (Lean, Six Sigma)
• Experience implementing digitalization and automation initiatives in logistics
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and automation technologies
• Analytical, structured, and data-driven mindset
• Very good German and English skills
