Warehouse Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Improve warehouse and logistics processes to drive operational excellence, safety, and inventory accuracy
• Investigate and resolve plant and customer quality concerns using structured problem-solving
• Coordinate cross-functionally to reduce sources of variation in manufacturing and logistics processes
• Identify and implement sustainable process improvements to simplify operations and ensure compliance
• Manage and improve the plant’s document control system
• Review audit impacts and trend results to increase overall process value
• Maintain a strong customer focus through professional and timely responses to issues
• Travel up to 10% within the US for local customer visits

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related technical discipline
• Experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics environment
• Proficiency with statistical analysis, quality tools, and root cause analysis techniques
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office for data analysis, reporting, and visualization

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a process engineer or in a quality-related role within manufacturing
• Proficiency with databases and Power BI
• Experience in project management or influential leadership to advance key projects
