Warehouse Picker/Selector

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Receive incoming shipments, inspect for damages, and unload materials
• Maintain inventory levels through regular counts and record updates
• Apply value-added services such as barcodes, polybags, and stickers
• Use RF scanners, computers, and pallet jacks to fulfill orders
• Organize warehouse storage areas and ensure proper labeling
• Prepare outgoing shipments and load materials onto delivery vehicles
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies

Requirements

• Prior warehouse experience is desired
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is desired
• Proficiency with scanners and computers
• Ability to lift 10-30 lbs regularly and more with assistance
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb ladders for extended periods
• Ability to work overtime as required by business needs
