Warehouse Parts Technician

Responsibilities

• Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse environment with properly labeled and stored components
• Champion 5S initiatives across warehouse and storage areas
• Interface with large customers to build trust and improve processes
• Define and manage shipments through UPS, FedEx, and other carriers
• Pick, process, and fulfill orders within the ERP/Sales system
• Build and configure hardware components for system communication
• Define new kits and components to ease field installation
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and field replacements

Requirements

• Familiarity with inventory management (cycle counting, bin organization, stock replenishment)
• Hands-on experience with 5S methodology or lean warehouse practices
• Computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment
• Detail-oriented and a strong team player

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous shipping experience
• Sales or Customer Service experience
