About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse environment with properly labeled and stored components
- Champion 5S initiatives across warehouse and storage areas
- Interface with large customers to build trust and improve processes
- Define and manage shipments through UPS, FedEx, and other carriers
- Pick, process, and fulfill orders within the ERP/Sales system
- Build and configure hardware components for system communication
- Define new kits and components to ease field installation
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and field replacements
Requirements
- Familiarity with inventory management (cycle counting, bin organization, stock replenishment)
- Hands-on experience with 5S methodology or lean warehouse practices
- Computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment
- Detail-oriented and a strong team player
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous shipping experience
- Sales or Customer Service experience
