Warehouse Pallet Sorter/Forklift

Responsibilities

• Sort pallets as they move from loading docks to the sort line and determine pallet quality
• Remove debris and trash from pallets using hand tools
• Operate forklifts to move pallets, containers, and materials throughout the facility
• Conduct pre-operation forklift inspections and report maintenance issues
• Assist in loading and unloading trucks or containers, ensuring proper placement and securement
• Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) daily

Requirements

• Previous experience operating a forklift in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Experience working in a fast-paced industrial environment
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs throughout a work shift
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently or within a team
