Warehouse Outbound Clerk

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts to ensure material is shipped in a timely manner
• Create shipping documents, including Bills of Lading and shipping labels, using SAP
• Maintain daily changes to account shipping schedules
• Perform routine clerical functions such as logging, recording, and filing
• Communicate with transportation, dispatch, and internal contacts via telephone and correspondence
• Document all appropriate information promptly and clearly
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate offices

Requirements

• High school graduate
• Experience working in a warehouse environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Strong mathematical skills to calculate figures and amounts

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using SAP
• Experience with Dotcom or E-commerce platforms
