About the role
Responsibilities
- Physically pull and pack orders to quality standards
- Verify accuracy against all orders
- Mark boxes and pallets for route and stop designation
- Rebox products and wrap pallets by hand for stability
- Restock and put product away safely
- Maintain cleanliness of all work areas
- Communicate stock needs, discrepancies, and process challenges to personnel
- Participate in yearly inventory
Requirements
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
- Ability to stand, carry, and perform physical activities for extended periods
- High school diploma preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Effective communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or order pulling experience
- Basic computer skills
