Warehouse Order Picker

Responsibilities

• Pick orders according to pick tickets with attention to speed, quality, and safety
• Pull orders, stage and build pallets, shrink wrap, and load trucks for delivery
• Place orders on pallets maximizing product care and proper stacking
• Load trucks based on delivery schedules
• Pick short sheets and complete necessary paperwork
• Maintain warehouse and equipment in clean and orderly condition

Requirements

• High school education or 6+ months of related experience/training
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and 75 pounds occasionally
• Ability to work in extreme cold, wet, or humid conditions
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and perform basic math in English
• Reliable attendance and ability to follow safety procedures
• Visual acuity for close, distance, and peripheral vision
