Warehouse Operator

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and put away hazmat and non-hazmat parts in correct locations using warehouse management systems
• Pick and process orders according to established priority sequences and performance targets
• Pack hazmat and non-hazmat orders for safe shipment following IATA regulations and standard specifications
• Prepare necessary shipping documentation for all outgoing shipments
• Perform regular inventory cycle counts to ensure accuracy
• Cross-train in various warehouse workstations to provide operational support as needed
• Adhere to all safety, OSHA, and hazardous materials handling procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience (aviation industry experience preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience using SAP or equivalent material/operations management software
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Familiarity with OSHA requirements and a commitment to working safely
• Ability to lift and carry between 50-75 pounds independently
• Ability to stand, squat, and kneel for extended periods
