Warehouse Operator

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, load, and dispatch finished goods in line with customer requirements
• Safely operate FLT and warehouse equipment within a chilled environment (2–5°C)
• Ensure all stock movements are recorded correctly using scanning systems
• Build and prepare pallets to a high standard for safe transportation
• Follow FIFO principles to maintain product quality and shelf life
• Support production by supplying materials and removing finished goods efficiently
• Maintain high hygiene standards and adhere to all Health & Safety and food safety standards

Requirements

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence
• Previous warehouse experience is desirable
• Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using basic IT systems and scanning technology
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• A proactive, reliable team player
