Warehouse Operator

Responsibilities

• Execute warehouse processes including storage, stock counts, verification, and movements.
• Perform outbound picking, packing, labeling, and shipping in compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation using WMS or ERP tools.
• Operate fork-lift trucks and other material handling equipment to transport goods safely.
• Conduct daily maintenance and routine inspections of fork-lift trucks, reporting any issues to supervisors.
• Work 1st shift hours (5:00am to 3:30pm, M/Tu/Th/Fri) and remain flexible to business needs.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a warehouse operator, preferably in a medical or highly regulated business environment.
• Proven experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• High school diploma or vocational education.
• Proficiency in fork-lift operation and material handling equipment.
• Strong skills in inventory management, order fulfillment, and documentation.
• Ability to perform physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements associated with shipping and warehousing.
