Warehouse Operator

Responsibilities

• Execute inbound, storage, and outbound warehouse processes including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock verification, and resolving discrepancies
• Update all transactions accurately within the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment following strict safety protocols
• Support equipment reliability by assisting with basic troubleshooting, calibration, and maintenance
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and storage space optimization

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Vocational Education
• Experience with forklift operation and material handling equipment
• Proficiency in inventory management and WMS usage
• Ability to perform basic equipment troubleshooting
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a highly regulated environment

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations within a medical or highly regulated industry
