Warehouse Operator Level 1

Responsibilities

• Manage casks by removing and receipting them to meet customer demand and inventory requirements
• Consolidate part-filled tiers to maximize warehouse utilization and perform regauging to update content information
• Operate machinery, vehicles, and equipment appropriate to skill level and training
• Maintain spirit integrity by checking cask identity, fitness for fill, and monitoring for leaks
• Record and retrieve data using paperwork and computerized systems to ensure compliance
• Participate in a positive safety culture and contribute to continuous improvement processes

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar warehousing or operations role
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety, Environmental, and Bond Security requirements
• Competency in using computerized software and systems
• Ability to perform tasks within strict time constraints and according to operational plans
• Ability to develop new skills and support the training of colleagues
