About the role
Responsibilities
- Pick orders for clients including major grocery chains and The Beer Store
- Ensure all orders meet technical and quality standards
- Load and unload trucks and receive products from various breweries
- Manage inventory following FEFO (First Expired/First Out) policies
- Contribute to safety, quality, and productivity KPIs
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds repetitively for a full shift
- Physical stamina for prolonged standing, walking, bending, and climbing
- Ability to work rotational shifts (Days/Afternoons) or straight night shifts
- Ability to operate motorized equipment and use warehouse management technology
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
