Warehouse Operator II

Responsibilities

• Process materials accurately, including receiving, put away, and shipping activities
• Prepare orders for shipping by picking, scanning, and packing in a timely manner
• Receive products from manufacturers and accurately record all pertinent information
• Perform replenishment activities and compare product descriptions to restocking requests
• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory as required
• Process customer returns, classifying items as stock, damage, or expired
• Operate hand lifts and power forklifts (certification required)
• Load and unload freight trucks and maintain warehouse cleanliness
• Train and coach Warehouse Operator I staff on best practices

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one (1) year of warehouse work experience
• Pharmaceutical distribution experience or experience with perishable goods
• Knowledge of warehouse plans, methods, and material handling techniques
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to work overtime, special projects, and Saturdays
