Warehouse Operator I

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders for shipping by picking, scanning, and packing in an accurate and timely manner
• Perform replenishment activities and compare product descriptions to restocking requests
• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory as required
• Process customer returns, classifying items as stock, damages, or expired products
• Load and unload freight trucks and operate hand lifts
• Maintain tidiness and cleanliness within the warehouse environment
• Adhere to all organizational policies, safety procedures, and legal regulations

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year of warehouse work experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and verbal communication)
• Knowledge of material handling methods, procedures, and techniques

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical distribution or handling perishable goods
• Ability to be certified in power forklift operation
