Warehouse Operator I

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders for shipping by picking, scanning, and packing in an accurate and timely manner
• Perform replenishment activities and compare product descriptions to restocking requests
• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory as required
• Process customer returns, classifying items as stock, damage, or expired
• Load and unload freight trucks and operate hand lifts
• Maintain tidiness and cleanliness within the warehouse environment
• Adhere to all organizational policies, safety standards, and legal regulations

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one (1) year of warehouse work experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and climbing
• Availability for the second shift (starting at 11am, Monday-Friday)
• Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays as business needs dictate

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical distribution or handling perishable goods
• Specialized knowledge of warehouse methods and material handling techniques
• Ability to be certified in power forklift operation
