Warehouse Operator I

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving, handling, storing, shipping, and documenting GMP and Non-GMP materials and products
• Reconcile purchase orders and packing slips with Finance and Supply Chain associates
• Manage material flow and inventory at 3rd party warehouses where applicable
• Distribute products, supplies, and equipment to various departments
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and investigate discrepancies
• Operate material handling equipment including fork trucks and pallet jacks
• Perform warehouse cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and dusting
• Maintain technical training on SOPs, cGMP, HAZMAT, and forklift certifications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 2 years of related experience, or advanced degree without experience, or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to operate computers and warehouse management software (ERP/MES)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform heavy physical work up to 65 lbs
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to work 11/12 hour night shifts (Wednesday - Saturday)
• Ability to perform repetitive physical motions including squatting, bending, and climbing ladders

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in a GMP warehouse setting
• Logistics experience operating material handling equipment
• Forklift certification
