Warehouse Operator I

Responsibilities

• Perform truck loading and unloading operations following warehouse management systems
• Manage internal stock movements using Power Industrial Trucks (PIT)
• Execute warehouse tasks including put-away, retrieval, picking, and replenishment
• Use RF scanners and terminals to confirm inventory movements in near real time
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization following 5S and Good Warehouse Practice (GWP)
• Adhere strictly to FEFO (First Expiry – First Out) inventory policies
• Inspect incoming materials and report any damaged products or equipment malfunctions immediately
• Follow all safety and environmental policies, including strict forklift operating rules

Requirements

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Valid forklift driving license
• Minimum of 3 years of experience operating forklifts and following safety procedures
• Knowledge of warehousing systems and quality principles
• Ability to work multiple shifts and varying schedules
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of related warehouse experience
