Warehouse Operator - Forklift Driver

Responsibilities

• Operate and supervise CubePack equipment and associated automated warehouse systems
• Perform quality controls to ensure correct labeling, quantity, and packaging integrity
• Resolve equipment jams, product flow interruptions, and minor operational incidents
• Conduct diagnostic and recovery tasks, including working at heights when authorized
• Comply with all safety procedures, including the use of PPE and fall protection systems
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and perform routine equipment inspections
• Report breakdowns, quality deviations, and safety risks to supervision
• Collaborate with the team to achieve production and operational goals

Requirements

• Secondary education or equivalent
• Experience with forklifts and in manufacturing, packaging, or logistics environments
• Ability to work safely with automated equipment and moving machinery
• Ability to perform tasks at heights following site procedures
• Basic mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work in different shifts
