Warehouse Operator

Responsibilities

• Manage shipping area organization, cleanliness, and master sanitation tasks
• Perform palletizing duties, including sorting quality pallets for the automated system and assisting with hand palletizing
• Inspect pallets, products, and trailers for damage, missing items, or improper wrapping
• Complete shipment confirmations and generate bills of lading
• Ensure effective handovers between shifts regarding issues and "watch outs"
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and safety protocols to achieve zero incidents
• Become forklift certified within the first 30 days of employment

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Aptitude for automated mechanical processes
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication, math, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work multiple shifts and schedules
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cold, and humid environment involving standing and lifting for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of related warehouse or logistics experience
