Warehouse Operator

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming shipments, verify quantities, and inspect for damage
• Pick, pack, and stage customer orders according to shipment schedules
• Organize and maintain inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory as required
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely
• Pull raw materials from the warehouse to manufacturing lines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety regulations
• Assist with loading outbound trucks and pulling pallets from staging areas
• Perform kitting tasks, including opening boxes and organizing materials into carts

Requirements

• Minimum education or experience in a warehouse environment
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions
• Ability to perform basic math calculations and convert English units to metric
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds
• Ability to stand, reach, and work in a manufacturing warehouse environment

Preferred Qualifications

• One or more years of warehouse and manufacturing experience
