Warehouse Operative

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing products and supplies to customer specifications using handheld scanners
• Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently
• Checking goods received and reporting any discrepancies
• Maintaining stock accuracy and supporting inventory checks
• Ensuring products are stored correctly and safely within the warehouse
• Keeping work areas clean, tidy, and organised
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures and company policies
• Working as part of a team to achieve operational targets and deadlines

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential
• MHE/VNA experience is desirable but not essential
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable and flexible approach to work
• Good communication and teamwork skills
