Warehouse Operative

Responsibilities

• Receive customer products accurately and handle goods in line with warehouse procedures
• Stow stock correctly in designated storage areas
• Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Pack products safely and correctly in line with packaging standards
• Maintain product integrity and quality standards
• Sort parcels accurately into destination shuttles for dispatch
• Use handheld or radio data terminal equipment
• Work to performance targets and KPIs
• Follow client-specific order requirements and site procedures
• Use equipment safely in line with training

Requirements

• Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment is desirable
• Ability to work to targets and KPI standards
• Willingness to work across different warehouse areas
• Comfortable handling alcohol products
• Good standard of verbal communication and numerical reasoning
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, conscientious, and committed to high standards
• MHE experience is desirable but not essential
