About the role
Responsibilities
- Receive customer products accurately and handle goods in line with warehouse procedures
- Stow stock correctly in designated storage areas
- Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Pack products safely and correctly in line with packaging standards
- Maintain product integrity and quality standards
- Sort parcels accurately into destination shuttles for dispatch
- Use handheld or radio data terminal equipment
- Work to performance targets and KPIs
- Follow client-specific order requirements and site procedures
- Use equipment safely in line with training
Requirements
- Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment is desirable
- Ability to work to targets and KPI standards
- Willingness to work across different warehouse areas
- Comfortable handling alcohol products
- Good standard of verbal communication and numerical reasoning
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, conscientious, and committed to high standards
- MHE experience is desirable but not essential
