Warehouse Operative

Responsibilities

• Receive customer products and handle goods in line with warehouse procedures
• Stow stock correctly in designated storage areas
• Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Pack products safely in line with packaging standards
• Sort parcels into correct destination shuttles for dispatch
• Use handheld or radio data terminal equipment
• Work to performance targets and KPIs
• Follow site procedures and use equipment safely

Requirements

• Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment is desirable
• Ability to work to targets and KPI standards
• Comfortable handling alcohol products
• Good verbal communication and numerical reasoning skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• MHE experience is desirable but not essential
