Warehouse Operative

Responsibilities

• Manage local inventory maintenance, including regular stocktakes
• Handle goods receipt, dispatch, and freight delivery
• Monitor stock quality to ensure high standards
• Participate in the on-call support roster for emergency customer assistance
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Perform general administration tasks as required

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 months of experience in a similar warehouse role
• Valid driver's license and a current forklift ticket
• Strong computer literacy with high attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Availability for on-call roster requirements
• Exceptional customer service and leadership skills
