About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage local inventory maintenance, including regular stocktakes
- Handle goods receipt, dispatch, and freight delivery
- Monitor stock quality to ensure high standards
- Participate in the on-call support roster for emergency customer assistance
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Perform general administration tasks as required
Requirements
- Minimum of 12 months of experience in a similar warehouse role
- Valid driver's license and a current forklift ticket
- Strong computer literacy with high attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Availability for on-call roster requirements
- Exceptional customer service and leadership skills
